We offer hand therapy for various conditions, custom splinting to address upper extremity injuries or pain/dysfunction and fine motor assessments for children who find buttons, zippers, printing etc difficult.

During your first occupational therapy session you can expect a comprehensive assessment based on your concerns/complaints. Your therapist will work with you to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and preferences. This may include hands on treatment, home exercise programs, custom splinting etc. Your therapist will discuss potential follow-up time frames with you as well.

All splints are fabricated by a Registered Occupational Therapist with low temperature thermoplastic materials. These splints are custom made for each client.  As such, the price of each splint is different. Yes, custom splints/braces are usually eligible for reimbursement through your Extended Health Benefit plans. Please be sure to check with your provider to verify prior to your appointment to avoid No Show fees.
