Hand therapy is a combination of art and science aimed at assessing and treating injuries and conditions of the upper extremity (arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, hand and fingers).
Hand Therapists work closely with family doctors, plastic surgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists and other specialists to provide timely and appropriate care for patients. Our treatment plans focus on providing therapeutic interventions to improve hand function and help you participate in everyday activities.
Our therapeutic services include both conservative preventative care and post-surgical rehabilitation for a wide variety of upper extremity disorders.
Hand therapy services could include any combination of manual therapy, modalities, adaptive equipment, splinting services, home exercise programs and
of course education about your condition.

Repetitive strain injuries (fingers, wrists)
Arthritis of hand or wrist and deformities associated with arthritis
Wound and scar care

Many other conditions based on need and presentation
